# Fasting Tracker vs KetoBM

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: KetoBM at none against Fasting Tracker's 4. KetoBM also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Fasting Tracker's advantage is ratings volume (430 vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fasting Tracker sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. KetoBM asks for nothing beyond the download.

KetoBM holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fasting Tracker has 430 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Fasting Tracker ships an update every 3 days, KetoBM fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
