# PlantEra vs Sprig

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sprig at every 2 days against PlantEra's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PlantEra sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Sprig sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PlantEra ships an update monthly, Sprig every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
