# Bible Note vs Midvash

The clearest difference is rating: Bible Note at 4.8 against Midvash's 1.0. Bible Note also leads on ratings volume (24K vs 1) and chart position (#31 vs unranked). Midvash's advantage is monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and review sentiment (86% vs 66%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bible Note sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Midvash sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bible Note holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bible Note has 24K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of Bible Note's written reviews are positive against 86% of Midvash's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bible Note ships an update weekly, Midvash every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
