# Vis vs Helthy

The clearest difference is rating: Vis at 5.0 against Helthy's 4.8. Vis also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 90%). Helthy's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vis sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Helthy sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vis holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 22 respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Vis's written reviews are positive against 90% of Helthy's.

Vis ships an update weekly, Helthy every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
