# Doppio Zero vs SaltAndScript

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Doppio Zero at 22 against SaltAndScript's 1. Doppio Zero also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.2). SaltAndScript's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Doppio Zero against 5.0 for SaltAndScript. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Doppio Zero has 22 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Doppio Zero ships an update fortnightly, SaltAndScript every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
