# SoFit Pro vs Grow Therapy

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SoFit Pro at 100% against Grow Therapy's 44%. SoFit Pro also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and device support (4 vs 1). Grow Therapy's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (11K vs 11). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SoFit Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Grow Therapy has 11K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of SoFit Pro's written reviews are positive against 44% of Grow Therapy's.

SoFit Pro ships an update every 2 months, Grow Therapy weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
