# CountX vs Autopense

The clearest difference is ads: Autopense at none against CountX's shown. Autopense also leads on update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CountX sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Autopense sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CountX ships an update fortnightly, Autopense weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
