# Affirmations AI vs Thirdy

The clearest difference is update cadence: Affirmations AI at every 2 weeks against Thirdy's every 4 months. Thirdy's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Affirmations AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Thirdy sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Affirmations AI ships an update every 2 weeks, Thirdy every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
