# iCardio vs PrayScroll

The clearest difference is review sentiment: PrayScroll at 100% against iCardio's 14%. PrayScroll also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.8 vs 4.4). iCardio's advantage is monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and ratings volume (2.4K vs 29). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iCardio sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and PrayScroll sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PrayScroll holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iCardio has 2.4K ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 14% of iCardio's written reviews are positive against 100% of PrayScroll's.

iCardio ships an update every 3 weeks, PrayScroll every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
