# Pomodoro Timer vs PomoRep

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pomodoro Timer at every 3 days against PomoRep's fortnightly. Pomodoro Timer also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pomodoro Timer sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and PomoRep sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pomodoro Timer ships an update every 3 days, PomoRep fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
