# TrainRox vs HIIT Beat Timer

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: HIIT Beat Timer at 13.0 against TrainRox's 16.4. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TrainRox sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and HIIT Beat Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
