# Pencil Planner vs ScribbleScan

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: ScribbleScan at 15.0 against Pencil Planner's 17.4. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pencil Planner sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and ScribbleScan sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
