# Maplefields vs Parkway Diner

The clearest difference is rating: Parkway Diner at 5.0 against Maplefields's 3.4. Parkway Diner also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Maplefields's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Parkway Diner holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Maplefields has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Maplefields ships an update every 6 months, Parkway Diner every 7 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
