# Contacts CSV Export vs Sound Note AI

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Sound Note AI at 100% against Contacts CSV Export's 50%. Sound Note AI also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). Contacts CSV Export's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.2). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.
