# Gymr vs HIITFlow

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Gymr at 15.1 against HIITFlow's 26.2. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gymr sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and HIITFlow sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
