# Afternoon vs ProCalc+

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ProCalc+ at none against Afternoon's 3. ProCalc+ also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 26.0). Afternoon's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, rating and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Afternoon sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 3 months. ProCalc+ asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Afternoon against 5.0 for ProCalc+. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Afternoon has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
