# Decision Randomiser vs Ghost Detector Pro

The clearest difference is monetization model: Decision Randomiser at freemium against Ghost Detector Pro's subscription. Decision Randomiser also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Decision Randomiser sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Ghost Detector Pro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Decision Randomiser ships an update monthly, Ghost Detector Pro every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 18, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
