# Visclar vs TrackWhen

The clearest difference is rating: Visclar at 5.0 against TrackWhen's 4.3. TrackWhen's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Visclar sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and TrackWhen sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Visclar holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TrackWhen has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Visclar ships an update every 11 days, TrackWhen every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
