# To Do List vs Chorely

To Do List and Chorely are too close to call on the numbers: across 6 compared parameters — price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Both are free to download. To Do List sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Chorely sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

To Do List ships an update every 6 days, Chorely every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
