# Slime Hole vs Hole Dash

Slime Hole and Hole Dash both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Slime Hole's written reviews are positive against 25% of Hole Dash's. Hole Dash's advantage is ratings volume (411 vs 40) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Slime Hole sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Hole Dash sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Slime Hole against 4.8 for Hole Dash. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hole Dash has 411 ratings behind it against 40, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Slime Hole's written reviews are positive against 25% of Hole Dash's.

Slime Hole ships an update every 3 weeks, Hole Dash fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
