# TidyDrop vs TapTally+

The clearest difference is monetization model: TapTally+ at free against TidyDrop's free with in-app purchases. TidyDrop's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 10 days). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TidyDrop sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and TapTally+ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for TidyDrop against 5.0 for TapTally+. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 2 respectively.

TidyDrop ships an update every 4 days, TapTally+ every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
