# Days Affirmations vs Daily Affirmations

The clearest difference is ads: Days Affirmations at none against Daily Affirmations's shown. Days Affirmations also leads on iOS requirement (16.2 vs 18.0). Daily Affirmations's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
