# Flashy vs MEDHEADS!

The clearest difference is rating: Flashy at 4.9 against MEDHEADS!'s 4.3. Flashy also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly). MEDHEADS!'s advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 0%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flashy sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and MEDHEADS! sells 20 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flashy holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 29 and 9 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Flashy's written reviews are positive against 33% of MEDHEADS!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Flashy ships an update every 4 days, MEDHEADS! monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
