# Setlists! vs Gigs

The clearest difference is rating: Setlists! at 5.0 against Gigs's 4.3. Setlists! also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 9) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 4 days). Gigs's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gigs sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Setlists! asks for nothing beyond the download.

Setlists! holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gigs has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Setlists! ships an update every 2 days, Gigs every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
