# Resolutions vs Resolution Tracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Resolution Tracker at every 8 days against Resolutions's every 2 months. Resolution Tracker also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Resolutions's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Resolutions sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Resolution Tracker sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Resolutions against 5.0 for Resolution Tracker. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 12 respectively.

Resolutions ships an update every 2 months, Resolution Tracker every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
