# Resolutions vs Goals

The clearest difference is ads: Resolutions at none against Goals's shown. Goals's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Resolutions sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Goals sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Resolutions ships an update every 2 months, Goals weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
