# Go Viral vs Scrubee

The clearest difference is monetization model: Scrubee at free with in-app purchases against Go Viral's subscription. Scrubee also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks). Go Viral's advantage is ratings volume (2.3K vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Go Viral sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Scrubee sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Scrubee holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Go Viral has 2.3K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Go Viral ships an update every 3 weeks, Scrubee every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
