# Intermittent Fasting vs NavoFast

The clearest difference is update cadence: NavoFast at every 4 days against Intermittent Fasting's every 2 months. NavoFast also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Intermittent Fasting sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and NavoFast sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Intermittent Fasting ships an update every 2 months, NavoFast every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
