# Lotfun vs Hob Chat

The clearest difference is update cadence: Hob Chat at every 11 days against Lotfun's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lotfun sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Hob Chat sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lotfun ships an update monthly, Hob Chat every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
