Flowo

Flowo is an ADHD day planner that rebuilds the rest of your day when plans slip. No account, no ads. Plans rarely survive the whole day. A meeting runs long, or one task turns out to be three. Flowo builds your day from your tasks and the limits you set, then rebuilds what is left each time the day changes. You see what moved, and why. Rebuild the day when it breaks When a task runs over, Flowo reflows the rest of the day around your fixed events. The schedule matches the time you actually have again. Plan without dragging blocks Add what needs doing. Flowo places each task into real free time, with breaks, around sleep, meals and the events you already have. See why every block sits where it does Open any block to see the constraint that placed it and what it was weighed against. Same inputs, same plan. Catch a thought before it goes Type or dictate it into Braindump. When you ask, Flowo turns a note into tasks with durations. The original note stays exactly as you wrote it. Keep habits through hard weeks Weekly targets scale down when the days run out, so a hard week still counts. Start focus from the plan The Pomodoro timer opens on the task that is up next. Private by design No account. Planning data is encrypted on this device with AES-256-GCM, and the key stays in the Apple Keychain. No ads, no cross-app tracking, nothing sold. Analytics stays off until you turn it on and never includes task text, notes, prompts, transcripts or media. Flowo Pro Flowo is free to download. Flowo Pro is an optional subscription with a 14-day free trial, billed to your Apple Account. Cancel in Settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Flowo is a planning tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. For medical advice, talk to a healthcare professional. PulseList is one short list of what actually needs you. Type it, say it, photograph it, or hand over a screenshot. PulseList works out what it asks of you and puts that one line on your list. Clear it when it's done. • Share a list and tick it off together. • Screenshot a restaurant, museum or bar in Google Maps to save it as somewhere to go. • One press from Control Center, the Lock Screen or the Action Button (iOS 18 or later). • With PulseList Plus, your Reminders and calendars join the same list. PulseList never changes them. PulseList 1.8 holds no server of its own. No account with us, no analytics, no crash reporter. A list you share goes to your iCloud and the iCloud of the person you shared it with, which is Apple's and not ours. Everything else stays on your iPhone. Free to start. PulseList Plus watches on your behalf: your photo library, Reminders, calendar, repeating tasks, the widget and the month view. $1.99 a month with the first three days free, or $29.99 once. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Terms of Use: https://pulselist.io/terms
