# WhatsAI vs EX

The clearest difference is ads: EX at none against WhatsAI's shown. WhatsAI's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WhatsAI sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and EX sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
