# Goldbody vs Mighty Training

The clearest difference is update cadence: Mighty Training at every 6 weeks against Goldbody's every 3 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Goldbody sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $179.00 per month and Mighty Training sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $149.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
