# Goopy vs Wordletic

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Goopy at 67% against Wordletic's 14%. Wordletic's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (291 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Goopy sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Wordletic sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Wordletic holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wordletic has 291 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Goopy's written reviews are positive against 14% of Wordletic's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Goopy ships an update every 10 days, Wordletic weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
