# Urdu vs CeMAP Prep

The clearest difference is ads: CeMAP Prep at none against Urdu's shown. Urdu's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Urdu sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and CeMAP Prep sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Urdu ships an update monthly, CeMAP Prep every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
