# Fasty vs Fasting Tracker

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fasting Tracker at 100% against Fasty's 8%. Fasting Tracker also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 9 months) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). Fasty's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.5K vs 26). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fasty sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Fasting Tracker sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fasting Tracker holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fasty has 1.5K ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 8% of Fasty's written reviews are positive against 100% of Fasting Tracker's.

Fasty ships an update every 9 months, Fasting Tracker every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
