# Fasty vs Intermittent Fasting

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Intermittent Fasting at 100% against Fasty's 8%. Intermittent Fasting also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 9 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Fasty's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.6K vs 5). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fasty sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Intermittent Fasting sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Intermittent Fasting holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fasty has 1.6K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 8% of Fasty's written reviews are positive against 100% of Intermittent Fasting's.

Fasty ships an update every 9 months, Intermittent Fasting weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
