# Bro vs GTCare

The clearest difference is rating: GTCare at 5.0 against Bro's 3.7. GTCare also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 9) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17). Bro's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bro sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. GTCare asks for nothing beyond the download.

GTCare holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bro has 1.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Bro ships an update every 2 days, GTCare weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
