# Tangle Frenzy vs Screw Blast

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tangle Frenzy at every 3 weeks against Screw Blast's every 2 months. Tangle Frenzy also leads on ratings volume (23 vs 4). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tangle Frenzy sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Screw Blast sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Tangle Frenzy against 5.0 for Screw Blast. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tangle Frenzy has 23 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Tangle Frenzy ships an update every 3 weeks, Screw Blast every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
