# TrainFlow vs RecordFit

The clearest difference is update cadence: RecordFit at every 3 days against TrainFlow's every 4 weeks. RecordFit also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TrainFlow ships an update every 4 weeks, RecordFit every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
