# Eppika vs PolyPod

Eppika and PolyPod both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of PolyPod's written reviews are positive against 69% of Eppika's. Eppika's advantage is ratings volume (1.6K vs 5) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Eppika sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and PolyPod sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Eppika against 4.8 for PolyPod. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Eppika has 1.6K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 69% of Eppika's written reviews are positive against 100% of PolyPod's.

Eppika ships an update every 6 days, PolyPod every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
