# NVWA Online E vs SommPal

The clearest difference is update cadence: SommPal at every 5 days against NVWA Online E's every 3 months. SommPal also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1). NVWA Online E's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NVWA Online E sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and SommPal sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for NVWA Online E against 5.0 for SommPal. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SommPal has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
