# Farnum vs Logicat

Farnum and Logicat both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Farnum's written reviews are positive against 48% of Logicat's. Farnum also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (daily vs every 9 days). Logicat's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Farnum sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Logicat sells 14 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Farnum holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Logicat has 1.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Farnum's written reviews are positive against 48% of Logicat's.

Farnum ships an update daily, Logicat every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
