# Exam planner vs Nota

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nota at every 2 days against Exam planner's every 5 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Exam planner sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Nota sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
