# Manipulens vs EX

The clearest difference is update cadence: EX at fortnightly against Manipulens's every 6 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Manipulens sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and EX sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Manipulens ships an update every 6 weeks, EX fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
