About

Slow Jogging Cadence Metronome

Features

Slow jogging is easiest with a steady cadence to follow. BeatJog is a slow jogging metronome: it plays a clear beat at the tempo you choose, times your session and saves every run, so all you have to do is step to the beat. HOW IT WORKS • Pick a tempo: swipe through 17 preset levels, from gentle beginner beats (100–170 BPM) to the classic 180 BPM slow jogging cadence and up to 240 BPM • Set your time: 5 to 150 minutes, in 5-minute steps • Tap start: a 3-2-1 countdown, then the beat begins. Pause, resume or stop at any time; when time is up, the run ends and is saved automatically FEATURES • 6 metronome sounds, with preview • The beat keeps playing when your screen is locked • Remaining time with a progress bar • Estimated distance and calories, calculated from your tempo and time (no GPS needed, so it works for indoor, on-the-spot jogging too) • Run history with notes for every session • Weekly, monthly and 3-month stats: total runs, distance, time and average BPM • Bar charts for distance, calories or duration PRIVACY No account needed. Your records are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to a server. Distance and calories are estimates based on tempo and time. BeatJog is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice. If you have health concerns, talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
