# Calendar Week Nerd vs AloCar

The clearest difference is ads: Calendar Week Nerd at none against AloCar's shown. AloCar's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.4). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Calendar Week Nerd sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and AloCar sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.59 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Calendar Week Nerd ships an update every 2 weeks, AloCar every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
