# Hoo Live vs BSLV Solo

The clearest difference is rating: BSLV Solo at 5.0 against Hoo Live's 4.0. Hoo Live's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (90 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hoo Live sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and BSLV Solo sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BSLV Solo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hoo Live has 90 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Hoo Live ships an update every 6 days, BSLV Solo monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
