# Interview Prep vs GrowIsland

The clearest difference is update cadence: GrowIsland at every 3 days against Interview Prep's weekly. GrowIsland also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Interview Prep sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and GrowIsland sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Interview Prep ships an update weekly, GrowIsland every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
