# 4get vs Simply Countdown

The clearest difference is update cadence: Simply Countdown at every 3 days against 4get's every 4 months. 4get's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

4get ships an update every 4 months, Simply Countdown every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
