# OnlyScans vs STRO REELS

The clearest difference is update cadence: OnlyScans at every 2 days against STRO REELS's every 3 weeks. STRO REELS's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OnlyScans sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and STRO REELS sells 16 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OnlyScans ships an update every 2 days, STRO REELS every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
